Making Welsh Rarebit was pretty easy.
Its toast with cheese. Cheese sauce, actually. It was a blend of cheddar and some other stuff. The only problem I ran into was in regard to my cheese addiction. You see, I had leftover sauce in the bowl after pouring it on to the bread. So instead of leaving well enough alone, I of course dumped the rest of the cheese on the bread. The result was a mess and a lack of beauty in my meal. Eh, oh well right? It still tasted pretty darn good - which is the most important part.
